Urbanización Cataluña is a small community of expats, a retreat away from the buzz of the city center, ideal for families with small children. Coming from the center of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, drive until the gas station Totaitu. Immediately after the gas station, follow a dirt road for about 800 meters until you reach a gate with a wooden sign "Urbanización Cataluña".

Pass this gate and take the second small path on the right (look for a large waste bin). Pass a few houses on your left. Pass the gate with a house on your right. Pass a second house and the third house is your destination, Clara Cuta (notice a satellite TV receiver in the garden).

Rental Conditions

The house can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The existing basic furniture can be removed for the duration of the rental contract.

The minimum rental contract duration is 12 months, the maximum duration is 3 years. These numbers are indicative.

Variable cost for property taxes, electricity and water are additional to the monthly net rent. Please find a cost estimate below.

Due to the high rate of real estate price increase, a quote for monthly rental price can only be provided upon request. The final quote depends on the number of persons, the type of rental (furnished / unfurnished) and the contract duration.
